Winning membership number eligible only to win one student project

- DONATE - livestock project is donated back to the Chapter to raise more money
- KEEP - livestock is processed and winner is responsible for processing fees, pickup/delivery*
  - *Exception: student exhibitor is responsible for processing and delivering turkeys, broilers, rabbits to winner.
