One available. The Ranch Boss sponsor will receive the following recognition:

  • Exclusive banner prominently displayed above Auctioneer and main stage
  • One premium parking space on sale day*
  • VIP table for up to six (6) guests**
  • Six (6) buyer's lunch tickets**
  • Opportunity to provide marketing item(s) distributed on sale day
  • Recognition during event

Each Trail Boss sponsor will receive the following recognition:

Each Wrangler sponsor will receive the following recognition:

  • Recognition on show sponsor banner

  • VIP table for up to four (4) guests**
  • Four (4) buyer's lunch tickets**
  • Opportunity to provide marketing item(s) to be distributed on sale day
  • Recognition during event

$500 RANCH HAND SPONSOR  

Each Ranch Hand sponsor will receive the following recognition:

  • Recognition on show sponsor banner
  • Opportunity to provide marketing item(s) to be distributed on sale day

  • Name recognition in Show Book, must be submitted by January 1

$1,000 PADDLES UP UNDERWRITER  

One available, must be claimed by January 15.

The Paddles Up Underwriter will receive the following recognition:

  • Logo on paddles used for live auction, must be received by January 15
  • Digital recognition on SBFFA Alumni website and social media
  • Recognition in Show Book, must be submitted by January 1

$1,000 FUR & FEATHERS SHOW DINNER UNDERWRITER  

One available. The Fur & Feather Dinner Underwriter will receive the following recognition:

  • Recognition during event

  • Digital recognition on SBFFA Alumni website and social media
  • Recognition in Show Book, must be submitted by January 1

$1,000 KID, LAMB & GILT SHOW DINNER UNDERWRITER  

One available. The Kid, Lamb & Gilt Show Dinner Underwriter will receive the following recognition:

  • Recognition during event

  • Digital recognition on SBFFA Alumni website and social media
  • Recognition in Show Book, must be submitted by January 1

$500 LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS BREAKFAST UNDERWRITER  

One available. The Livestock Exhibitor Breakfast Underwriter will receive the following recognition:

  • Recognition during event
  • Recognition on show sponsor banner
  • Digital recognition on SBFFA Alumni website and social media
  • Recognition in Show Book, must be submitted by January 1

 

 

RECOGNITION SPECIFICATIONS AND PRINT DEADLINES

While we wish to fully recognize all sponsors, we must respect the print deadlines for each different medium. Please see below for a definition of each recognition item and note the print deadlines for each. Donations must be received by the stated print deadline to be included in that item.

 

* Reserved Parking Space – your name or logo will appear on a reserved parking sign for sale day only. 

 

** VIP Table and lunch tickets - must receive confirmation of number of guests expected, and names of guests for the table reservation by January 15, 2024. (Number of guests expected for the purpose of lunch tickets may be added up until sale day as long as we have capacity due to pre-order of meals.)

  • Show & Sale Book – A program containing important auction information is presented to each registered buyer on Sale Day, and within this program there will be a page or insert recognizing all our Show & Sale Sponsors. Your name will appear in list form by sponsorship level along with other named sponsors. Print Deadline: January 1, 2024.
  • Group Sponsor Banner – A large-scale vinyl banner will be displayed in a prominent area of the Show Barn during Show & Sale days and will remain on display through the remainder of the 2024 calendar year. Your name will appear in list form by sponsor level along with other named sponsors. Print Deadline: January 1, 2024.

  • Alumni Website Recognition – All sponsors will be listed on a special recognition page dedicated to the 2024 Show & Sale. No deadline applies.

  • Alumni Social Media Recognition – All sponsors will be recognized in a shout-out on the Alumni Facebook and Instagram pages. No deadline applies.
