Livestock Processing

Jackson's Processing and K&C Meat Processing will be on site and ready to haul large animals for processing. Bellville Meat Market will be available for swine only, with transportation and slaughter provided by K&C. Buyer is responsible for all processing fees, communication of cut specifications and pickup of meat from processor.

Broilers and Turkeys:

Student will process and deliver meat to buyer at no additional cost to buyer.
